Withdrawal right

For any distance contract the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt by the consumer in which to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Shipping

If you need to return your item because they are faulty, damaged or in rare cases where we have sent the wrong product, we will refund the cost of postage to you if you are required to return them to us. You have 5 working days time to notify us that your order is damaged. You must inform us by phone or email.

If you simply want to return your products using your withdrawal right or you want to exchange the product for another item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
