1. General conditions
The general conditions of sale mentioned below manage the handling between the visitor of this e-commerce website and Verachtert n.v. Verachtert n.v. reserves the right at any time to adjust the conditions of sale. Verachtert n.v. intends to present all information concerning the articles correctly. In case there would be any mistake, Verachtert n.v. can not be held responsible.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Belgium.

2. Prices
All prices on the website are shown in EURO (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated. The price indicated on the day of purchase, is the valid price.
The product prices shown on the website do not include delivery charges nor customs duties (where applicable). Verachtert n.v. delivery charges are determined by the weight of your order, the delivery location and the service requested (see 6. Transportation costs).
3. Ordering
If you want to place an order, you just need to indicate the quantity of the product you desire. Next, you click on “add to cart” and your article will be added to your shopping cart. In the lower right corner of your screen you will see the status of your shopping cart. You can continue shopping, or click on the shopping cart icon to complete your purchase.
Click on “check out”, and you will be redirected to the secured area, where you can fill in your billing information and shipping options. Be sure that you enter the right shipping address, as Verachtert n.v. can not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses, and this may cause additional costs.
4. Payment
When finishing your order, you can pay online using Stripe, specialized in 100% secure online payments.
We accept payments with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
When you have completed your order successfully, you will see a screen that says “Order confirmed”. For every order placed with Verachtert n.v. you will receive an order confirmation by email with the details of your purchase.
5. Delivery
Verachtert n.v. delivers wherever possible within the time frame of 5-8 working days after receiving your order (depending on the country of destination).
The general delivery term within Belgium is 1 day after you have received the shipment confirmation email.
The general delivery term in other European countries is 1-4 days after you have received the shipment confirmation email.
The general delivery term in the rest of the world is 4-8 days after you have received the shipment confirmation email.
These delivery periods are stated by way of indication only and are not binding. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement or for the payment of damages to the Buyer. In accordance with the law on commercial practices, losses and / or damage to an ordered product are at the expense of Verachtert n.v.. You have 5 working days time to notify us that your order is damaged. You must inform us by phone or email. In case of loss you must let us know that you have not received your package. All abuse on this matter will be prosecuted.
6. Transportation costs
Transportation costs will be charged depending on the weight of your order and the country of destination.
